3. Crockett Shoals Overlook Trail
Located in David Crockett Birthplace State Park

The park has eight miles of hiking trails and paved bike trails. The trails offer beautiful views of Shoal Creek and Crockett Falls, and will take the hiker through limestone bluffs and calming forests. The Overlook Trail runs parallel to the Shoal Creek Trail. Visitors can also enjoy other activities, such as: swimming and boating during the summer and cabins and campgrounds for overnight accommodations.
