27th Annual Golf Shoot-Out Tournament

Join us for our 27th Annual Golf Shoot-Out on September 16. This event is one of our organization’s largest fundraisers and draws participants in support of our organization and numerous programs.

The deadline for tournament registration is Monday, September 13. Space for the tournament is limited, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please choose one of the following (either the team or individual categories) below:
Sponsor: $775 – Hole sponsor with a corporate-sponsored team consisting of four players. Registration fee includes lunch, greens fee, golf cart, beverages & snacks during play, contest package*, and special event golf item.
Team: $600 – Corporate-sponsored team consisting of four players. Registration fee includes lunch, greens fee, golf cart, beverages & snacks during play, contest package*, and special event golf item.
Individual: $150 – Will be teamed with other individual entries. Registration fee includes lunch, greens fee, golf cart, beverages & snacks during play, contest package*, and special event golf item.
Contest Sponsor: $250 – Recognition on course, in all materials, website, social media campaign, Friday Forward & Newsletter communications.
*Contest package includes a hole-in-one prize, putting contest, closest-to-the-pin, longest & most accurate drive, and two mulligans per player.
